We will look over your product manuals and make sure that they make sense. If you want to send us a product, we will run through your instructions and see if what you say will happen does happen.

In relation to policy and procedures, we will check the English for ambiguity and inconsistency both in terms of language and within the document.

What we do

We read and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar and vocabulary. We revise clauses, sentences and paragraphs so that they make sense.

Also for an additional charge, we will review manuals for inconsistencies within the document i.e. a note on one page that contradicts or appears to contradict a note on a different page.

In the case of product manuals, for additional charges, we will run through your instructions using an example of your product to make certain that the instructions, if followed properly, produce the desired effect - and equally importantly do not produce an unintended consequence.
