All material including graphics appearing on any of our website is copyright.

The following are the only terms upon which content may be re-used.

Syndication

Syndication is the republication of our articles or other content or any part of it in any other publication or publications including one or more websites.

Our terms prohibit the republication without express permission. "Fair use" is prohibited without express permission.

The unauthorised reprinting / republication is a copyright offence and we reserve all rights of enforcement with regard thereto, including notifying an ISP of breaches of copyright and requiring the take-down of our copyright material.

Conditions will be attached to the grant of any right. Such conditions will include but will not be limited to:

a) content which is reproduced on a website or other e-media must not be framed.
b) limits may be placed on the amount of content that may be syndicated
c) any links to our own sites, any group sites or any advertiser must be preserved.
d) a fee may be required
e) our copyright notice must be appended
f) a link back to the original website (home page) must be displayed at the top and at the bottom of the syndicated content
g) In the event that permission is granted to publish an extract from any content, a link back to the original article must be displayed at the top of the article in the form "This content is extracted from [url] by permission of the copyright holder." The URL must be displayed in full and not obscured in any way.

Reprints

Reprints are the reproduction our articles or other content or any part of it in any hard copy or electronic format including any other publication or publications.

Our terms prohibit the republication without express permission.

"Fair use" is prohibited without express permission except where a short extract not exceeding 100 words or 10% (whichever is the greater) of the article is included in a bona fide academic or professional publication.

The unauthorised reprinting / republication is a copyright offence and we reserve all rights of enforcement with regard thereto, including notifying an ISP of breaches of copyright and requiring the take-down of our copyright material or requiring a publisher to remove the offending material which may involve recall and destruction of all copies.

Conditions will be attached to the grant of any right. Such conditions will include but will not be limited to:

a) content must display at the top "extracted with permission from [site name] at [site URL]"
b) limits may be placed on the amount of content that may be reprinted
c) Any links to our own sites, any group sites or any advertiser must be preserved in the printed document.
d) a fee may be required
e) our copyright notice must be appended
