World Money Laundering Report is published six times per year. Each issue is made available for free download as a PDF for five days after publication. Thereafter it is available for purchase for Amazon's Kindle and Kindle Reader on a wide range of devices.
World Money Laundering Report accepts whole volume, part volume, or single issue sponsorship. Sponsors are referenced in World Money Laundering Report: Digest, an e-mail newsletter sent (August 2012) to more than 21,000 readers around the world. World Money Laundering Report: Digest is also published at www.worldmoneylaunderingreport.com and sponsors are referenced there, too, providing long-term benefit.
Sponsorship also appears in the Kindle / e-book edition and therefore remains present for the life of the product. Additionally, sponsors are referenced on the Amazon.Com information page for sponsored issues (no hyperlink is possible from that page). As Amazon.Com rolls Kindle products to its other sites, that information is replicated.
World Money Laundering Report accepts only advertisements that meet the publication specification for Kindle. In summary, the following are the minimum standards
- The Kindle file format internally supports JPEG and GIF images of up to 127KB in size.
Use colour images whenever possible and relevant. The Kindle reading device has a black & white screen today but Kindle applications for other devices, such as iPhone or PC and tablets, take advantage of colours. Kindle Fire is a form of tablet rather than a Kindle per se.
- Photographs should use the JPEG format with a quality factor of 40 or higher. Photographs should be provided with the highest resolution available to you.
Photographs should not be too small. Please make sure your input photos are at least 600x800 pixels in siz Photographs of less than 300x400 pixels are much too small and can be rejected.
An HTML image with an aspect ratio of 9:11 automatically displays with maximum screen coverage.
Unlike sponsors, advertisers are not referenced in the information page at Amazon.com.
Advertisers may be referenced in World Money Laundering Report: Digest e-mail and on-line upon payment of an option fee.
As of February 2014, this website will migrate to a format under which teasers are accessible to all but the content is accessible only to registered users. This will provide us with user profiling data.
From February 2014, the site will accept advertising on the following bases:
- "run of site" which means that it will be placed under the content of the next available page as it's written. A run of site ad will remain on that page without expiry. Run of site advertisers cannot choose the page or the subject where their ad will appear and although only one run of site ad will appear on each page, advertising such as GoogleAdsense will appear and expiring ads may appear during their currency.
- front page top banner for a fixed period
- front page earpiece for a fixed period
- site-wide banner on all content pages for a fixed period.
Advertising is text or banner for a fixed length of time. The cost depends on the size of the banner or the number of words and the length of time.
www.goodbyeoldfriend.com accepts advertising in its services directory. The directory is organised by locality and by service type, then alphabetically. Advertisements are contact information, including business name, address, telephone number and website. We do not carry e-mail addresses in advertisements. A short description of the product or service is also included.
GoodbyeOldFriend.Com also accepts sponsored editorial relating to such matters as grief counselling, different methods of body disposal and their relative merits, advice on the appropriate flowers in different cultures, etc.
www.thenewswithoutthecrap.com is presently in beta testing and accepts advertising on its front page and its articles pages. Advertising is text or banner for a fixed length of time. The cost depends on the size of the banner or the number of words and the length of time. Alternatively, it is possible to place an advertisement on "run of site" which means that it will be placed under the content of the next available page as it's written. A run of site ad will remain on that page without expiry. Run of site advertisers cannot choose the page or the subject where their ad will appear and although only one run of site ad will appear on each page, advertising such as GoogleAdsense will appear and expiring ads may appear during their currency.
